“ The owner is the most lovely man, so welcoming, happy and enthusiastic about his job, and he knows his stuff. He recommended what we should order after a short conversation and everything was so tasty. The chicken is so soooo tender and the rice not only perfectly cooked, but perfectly seasoned too. The fish from the fridge selection was surprisingly fresh all things considered, very flavoursome. (It’s 50% off after 8pm if you’re lucky and there’s anything left) I have to recommend the Wakame salad and vegetable dumpling, both being very moreish indeed. I could eat that salad all day every day for a week. Prices are fair and service is great, what a lovely little spot all round! Thanks so much and we will be back soon :) ”

“ What a find! Superb sushi in the middle of Loughborough. Exceedingly fresh and incredibly tasty indeed! Opted for 2 bento boxes, assorted sashimi, chicken gyoza, and some squid and a salad between 2 adults and 2 children. Perfect amount. The team here are so friendly and accommodating and helped us select a perfect amount of food. Not a huge restaurant and reasonably basic (seats for 16) but so many just eat orders were going out; I don’t blame them. Lovely fridge full of freshly made sushi that gets discounted 50% after 8pm! Would definitely come back. ”

Their sashimi is always perfect, and whilst I'm yet to try everything, everything I've tried so far has been amazing. I couldn't recommend it more! The fried squid is incredible and unlike anything else I've had, the teriyaki salmon don and unagi bento box is wonderful. This place is Loughborough's best place to eat hands down, the staff are also so lovely & make the place genuinely perfect. ”
